vacation rental description
A beautifully gated and well maintained community that offers everything a family vacation could ask for. A luxury 2 bedroom villa looking over the pool and marina out to the ocean. Sleeps 6 comfortably, and 1 or 2 more could sleep in living room couch if necessary. Eat in kitchen dining allows you to save money by cooking in the villa, or within seconds you are in the quaint town, with access to 8-10 restaurants and shops. Tulum Ruins and the #2 beach in the world is only 25 min south of our spot.

onsite laundry services available, barbecue, hot tub, pool, mic. The beaches in this area are beautiful, with our beach only a short 3 min walk (in front of the Omni Hotel). Microwave, Fridge, Stove, all utensils/plates/cooking pots/pans, sterio, tv, vcr and huge master bedroom (couldn't download hardly any interior shots for some reason - please email me for more pictures). Fitness gym is free to our guests. Internet in the unit, and we have a beautiful balcony with a view yet very secluded/private.

Many theme parks within 15 minute drive including xCaret, XPLOR as well as Playa del Carmen with its beach town atmosphere, including wonderful shops and restaurants. Some of the best scuba diving in the world is here, and deep sea fishing boats waiting to take you out from right in front of our villa! Swimming with Dolphins is adjacent to our building as people from all over come to do this activity. Tennis and Golf are steps away from our unit. Many championship golf courses within a short drive as well including PGA Mayakoba course.

We only have 4 weeks in March to rent. Discount sale on now - $900 per week or 2 for $1700. The entire month for $3000 - unheard of! I usually rent for $1200 -$1500/wk.
