To rent here, one member of the family must be at least 55 years old and the other residents must be at least 19 years of age. Private walled patio area with mountain view.

$2100 per month with a four month rental, $2200 a month with a three month rental, and $2300 a month for one or two month rental.

The minimum rental in this community is one month.
