This attractive and recently upgraded condo offers comfort and all
the amenities of home plus more! The condo is over 1500 sq ft making
the time you spend inside enjoyable. The condo is air-conditioned and
heated, features a fully equipped bright kitchen with all the needed
appliances including dish washer, microwave, range, refrigerator,
washer/dryer, and coffee maker. All the cooking utensils and
dinnerware are available for eating in or if you choose you can
enjoy one of the many local fine restaurants that are only a short
drive away.

The Master Suite has a king size bed, full size bath, cable TV and
great views of the ocean where you can listen to the ocean surf on
those cool nights.

The second bedroom has two twin beds.

The living room is comfortably furnished with a great coastline
view. There is cable TV, audio equipment and a DVD/VCR. If you have
a guest drop in, the sleeper sofa can easily accommodate two adults.

When you aren’t enjoying the comfort of the condo you can enjoy an
evening walk along this 10 mile coast line of white sandy
beaches. You won’t easily forget this experience!

Enjoy mornings on the balcony overlooking the white sandy beach of
New Smyrna. The sounds of the ocean surf, and the passing of the seagulls and pelicans make for a
beautiful view. When you want a break from the pool or beach you can
enjoy one of the many local or regional attractions which are all
within an hour's drive. And for you golfers, there are ten golf
courses in easy driving distance. Truly, once you have experienced
the pleasures that await you, you won't want to leave and if you
have to go back, you will return - over and over!

Our complex includes a large seasonally heated pool, tennis,
basketball and shuffleboard courts. Night Time Security. Secured
garage parking and all entrances are keyed for your protection plus
24 hour surveillance cameras.

A grocery and drug store are within walking distance as well as many
shops to meet your everyday needs.

New Smyrna Beach offers a vast array of local attractions,
including: The Scenic Lighthouse at Ponce Inlet, Turtle Mound at
Canaveral National Seashore (a protected bird sanctuary), Historic
Flagler Avenue and Canal Street with their quaint shops, galleries
and restaurants, New Smyrna Beach Flea Market, Antique Shopping
Pavilions, Sugar Mill Ruins and Turnbull Ruins. Horseback riding,
hiking and bike rentals are also available.

The beautiful Inter-coastal Waterway, just minutes away, offers a
great variety of fishing and water sports with ocean access...
snorkeling, diving, water skiing, jet skiing, surfing.(Boat rentals
are available), river cruises, and catamaran sailing.

If you’re a gambler, there are two gambling Cruise Lines offering
free 4 hour cruises twice daily, within easy driving distance from
the condo.

In addition to the local sites to see, there are also "more famous"
attractions within an hour's drive, including Disney World,
Universal Studios, Sea World, Blue Springs (manatee viewing),
Central Florida Zoo, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona International
Speedway, beautiful and historic St. Augustine, (The oldest city in
the USA). These are all easy "day trips" from New Smyrna Beach.

And don't forget, Central Florida is a golfer's paradise, so come
prepared to tee it up! There are ten golf courses within easy
driving distance.

those who pay by personal or travelers check and money orders.

Rentals are subject to 12.5% resort tax. A $300 security deposit is
required to confirm reservations. Multiple month discounted rates
are available.

Cleaning Fee of $85.00 Plus Tax is collected at check-in. Note: All
rates are subject to change prior to booking.
