Our Avenue B Hotel Homes, Margarita Shores and Pina Colada Shores, are two homes in a newly renovated duplex property located on a quiet residential street, just a 3-minute walk to beautiful Bradenton beach. These homes feature open concept living, dining and kitchen areas that make them a perfect family getaway destination.

Margarita Shores, on the upper level, is a superbly appointed, style driven 1700 square foot home. It sleeps up to 8 people and includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is 1 King bed, 1 Queen Bed, 2 twin beds and a pullout couch. It also has a kids’ sleeping loft with convertible bean bag chairs. Margarita Shores has a roof top deck as well as 3 additional balconies.

Pina Colada Shores, on the lower level, is a modernly furnished 1500 square foot unit that has authentic Mexican tile throughout. It sleeps up to 8 people and includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is 1 King bed, 1 Queen Bed, 2 twin beds and a pullout couch. Palm Shores features a deck with an outdoor eating area off of the living room.

Margarita Shores and Pina Colada Shores share a heated pool and lounge area that is located underneath the house.

There is a trolley stop only 3 blocks away from Palm Shores. Complimentary use of beach towels, chairs and a wagon make trips to the beach easy and hassle free.
