Open concept floor plan provides a living room/dining room with gas fireplace, garden level family room, and a sitting room with gas fireplace off the large kitchen. All this space provides opportunity to spread out, play games, read or just enjoy each other's company.

Bedroom layout will accomodate 2 to 3 families.

Large Master Bedroom features king size bed, claw foot bathtub, large shower, walk-in closet.

Second bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom three is a "bunk-room". With a twin bed, bunk bed and trundle this room can accomodate 4 people with it's own bathroom in the hall.

The Garden Suite has a queen size bed, separate bathroom, and adjoins the family room. Family room features a pull-out full size sofa bed, TV with WI-FI access and DVD player.

We also have a Pack -n- Play crib for your use.

The heated garage is equiped with cubbies, ski/board racks and coat hooks. A perfect place to dress for a day on the slopes.

The rear deck gives you access to the hot tub.  A short walk through the woods leads you to a bike trail and outdoor ice rink.

Both the family room and living room have flat-screen TV's, DVD player, and can access the WI-FI for on-line streaming of your favorite shows or to access your Netflix or Amazon movie account.

Convenient location allows you to walk everywhere. The free Winter Park shuttle is just a short walk and can take you to Winter Park Ski Resort or into Fraser for more shops, Safeway grocery store, and restaurants.

Home James Transportation is a shuttle service than can pick you up from Denver Airport and deliver you to the door or, take Amtrak directly to Winter Park/Fraser then catch the free Winter Park shuttle. Convenience at every turn make renting a car unneccessary.
