Beyond the largest wrap around deck on three sides of the home in this area, once you walk into this fabulous home, the first thing you will notice is the largest Great Room on the beach in this area as well ... with glorious views of the beach and ocean.
Beautifully furnished and decorated, let's start with the Living Room area with a large flat screen TV and room for everyone. And if that is not enough, there is another sitting area within the fabulous Great Room. Included in the Great Room area is the Dining area that seats eight. The Kitchen? This is what you want ... wood cabinets, granite counter tops and updated appliances with everything you need... all with view to the beach as well. There are four bedrooms. The Master Bedroom Suite looks out over the ocean - what a way to wake up - with Queen bed, flat screen TV, double sinks and shower/tub. The other ocean view bedroom has a Queen. The other two bedrooms have two twins each. The home sleeps eight but with a couple airbeds for kids, can easily handle 10.
The other two baths are full with tub/shower.
Also, plenty of parking. And, of course, the home has wireless, a gas grill, full laundry room, beach chairs and umbrella, all linens, etc.
If you like, you can enjoy the fantastic Serenata Beach Club just 3 miles south for $230 a week for your group.
Located in the Iguana State Park, there are no homes to your west and nothing but beach homes for miles ... about as private as you can get on the beach.
If you only take one vacation a year, why not make it one to remember ... Sea Star.
