Parking isn't a problem with 2 reserved, covered spaces in the attached 1st Floor garage.

50% deposit is due within 7 days of booking to reserve the condo. The rent balance is due 30 days before check-in. There is also a $300.00 security deposit. The security deposit will be returned within 14 days based upon an inspection of the condo. Personal checks are best for payment.  We can accept a money order or bank check if you prefer.  A credit card can be accepted through PayPal. There will be an additional $10.00 charge for PayPal.

We are looking for family renters who will be respectful of our newly renovated unit and in return we are offering an extremely competitive price. This is our home, and we value it being treated as your home, too. Fee is set assuming the place will be left clean and in same condition you found it in. Please note: Rates quoted are for families and mature groups over 25.  Prom weekends, Senior Week, etc... will not accepted. No exceptions. To sign the lease, you must be 25 years old or older. Proof of identity will be required.

Tenants shall furnish blankets, linens, and towels.  The owner can offer separate services to renters (for an additional fee) including: food delivery and set up in refrigerator and linen rental.   If interested in any additional service (even if not listed), please inquire.
