Located on the forested mountainside above stunning Kings Beach, the home is quiet and private, yet close to all the action. Pristinely remodeled and luxuriously furnished, the home occupies two stories and features a detached studio. The entry floor houses the living areas and panoramic lakeview deck, and the bedrooms are on the lower floor.

The brand-new, spacious kitchen has everything you could want to create luscious meals. Guest can sidle up to the kitchen island barstools, or enjoy a meal in the glorious breakfast room with panoramic lakeview. There is also a large wine bar in the room. In the great room, the formal dining table has six chairs and a great lakeview through soaring windows. Attached is the large living area, plush sectional sofa, pellet stove, and flat screen satellite TV. Outside the sliding glass door is a beautiful stone deck to enjoy the lakeview.

Downstairs, you and your guests can choose from three luxurious bedrooms, a full, a queen, and a king master suite. The master suite features expansive lakeview, pellet stove, jetted tub, freestanding shower, and walk-in closet. There is also a full bath for the other two bedrooms.

The detached studio is on the lower level, below the street-level garage. It has a two-twin trundle bed, a sleeper sofa, satellite flat-screen TV, pellet stove, and full bath.

All that North Tahoe has to offer is right outside the door or minutes from it: sledding, hiking, snowmobiling, Lake Tahoe's beach and watersports, dining, shopping, skiing and snowboarding, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, casinos, and so much more.
