The three bedroom house features a spacious kitchen that is fully equipped with a large dining room table that seats 8 with views of the wildlife refuge to the north. The kitchen gives way to a cozy living room with a flat screen cable TV and a wood fireplace. There is small staircase that leads you to a delightful reading room that is the perfect place to escape from the pressures of the world as there are ocean views to the west and views of serene forest views to the north. The master bedroom is on the main floor as well and it features a private bathroom and a comfortable king sized bed to make each night as peaceful as can be.

The lower level of the house features two bedrooms, each with their own unique design. The bunk room has sliding glass doors that lead to the lower deck - it is the perfect place for kids to play and explore nature as there is an abundance of wildlife to seek out right out the back door. The second bedroom on the lower level features a loft bed that has picturesque views from every angle. There is a full bathroom and a laundry room on the lower level as well.

The property is surrounded by a wildlife refuge and the upper deck and the boardwalk walking path provide a perfect setting to read a book or take in the scenery. It is such a unique home that it was selected to be shown in the Manzanita Tour of Homes last year!

Manzanita is a gorgeous small town filled with boutique shops, restaurants, galleries and a long stretch of sandy beach. For those that seek a little more adventure, Oswald State Park just north of Manzanita provides an excellent surfing beach as well as beautiful hiking trails and view points. You can take in the most beautiful view on the coast from the top of Neahkahnie Mountain to the north.
