We are located just 5 minutes from shops, restaurants, bars, grocery store, Books-a-Million. We are just 15 minutes from St Johns Town Center with hundreds more shops and restaurants.

Our original Ponte Vedra Beach home is fully furnished after a very tasteful renovation. Some of the original elements remain with some modern elements like our completely remodeled kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The finished wood floors are beautiful. Here the ocean from the back yard. Enjoy sitting under the oak trees in the front yard.
