Bedroom: queen-size bed, with walk-in closet, television, beautiful original paintings. Full kitchen with refrigerator/ice maker, microware, dishwasher and all cooking provided.

The Village at Town Park in Lakewood ranch offers many amenities. You can relax by the clubhouse pool, play beach volleyball, work out in the fitness center, or take a stroll on the lakeside track. The clubhouse also features a fully equipped business center and a conference room. For children, there is a playground, and a kiddie pool.

The shopping, restaurants and activities in Lakewood Ranch are outstanding, and are located a few miles from the condo. Lakewood Ranch's is located on a scenic 150+ acre lake and offers many upscale boutiques, fine restaurants, and the Lakewood Ranch Cinemas - a 7 screen movie theater. About one mile from the condo is Market Square, with a Publix Supermarket, Sting Rays Bar & Grill restaurant, and numerous additional stores and restaurants. Legacy Golf Club is an award-winning Arnold Palmer signature designed 18 hole championship daily fee course located just minutes from the condo. The Sarasota Polo Club, located in Lakewood Ranch, is where the best players from around the world compete each Sunday from December - April. Main Street features live music from 6pm 9pm the first Friday of each month. The condo is less than 5 miles from all of the shops and restaurants on University Parkway, including Bonefish Grill, Carraba's Italian Grill, Panera Bread and Super Target. The condo is less than 2 miles from I-75, and is about 15-20 minute drive to downtown Sarasota, Marina Jack's and St. Armand's Square and Lido Key Beach.

Payments and Cancellation Policy:

The deposit required at the time of your reservation is 50% of the total amount including taxes and cleaning fee

Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival

A processing fee of $50.00 is charged to any cancellation

No Refunds for Cancellations  with less than 60 days prior to arrival

Check in is from 3 P.M., check out is before 9 A.M.

Minimun stay for the month of January, February and March is 30 days
