This Beautiful 4 bedroom, 1 full bathroom & 1 half bathroom home is located in the Poconos most pristine and amenity filled community. You, your friends and the entire family will Love it. The community offers 2 lakes with beaches, Ice Skating in the winter, 8 tennis courts, 6 basketball courts, 4 swimming pools, 5 playgrounds, and 2 baseball fields. This community provides convenience and fun to all four seasons in the Poconos. The home is located in close proximity to the Crossings outlet for discounted deals. Enjoy the best Northeast ski slopes in the winter where you can go Skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing like Camelback, Shawnee & JackFrost. In the Summer enjoy the community Pools and beaches or take a short drive to Camelback Beach, H2Ohh & Shawnee water parks. Horseback riding is also available all year long plus other fun-filled family activities. It's also only a few minutes away from the Mount Airy Casino & Golf where you can enjoy 18 holes of golf during the day and table games at night like Craps, Blackjack & Roulette. The Casino also offers a nightclub and restaurants. There are plenty of restaurants and bars near as well like Desaki and Poconos Brewery.
This beautifully home is furnished inside and out. The rear deck has patio furniture as well as a new gas BBQ Grill. 1 Bedroom has a King size bed, 2 Bedrooms have Queen size beds, 1 bedroom has bunk beds which are twin on top and full size on bottom. The living room also has two pull out couches which 1 converts into a queens size bed and the other converts into a twin size bed. There is cable on a 50 inch Flat screen TV as well as Playstation 3 for your convenience. There is a minuture pool table which also converts into foosball, rod hockey and dice football plus plenty of board games. There is a Stereo system and DVD player. This house provides fun and comfort for the entire family during the day and night and any of the 4 seasons. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. It comfortably accommodates 10-12 people
