with a community pool that is only shared with 3 other homes. Enjoy an open
floor plan with cathedral ceilings and kitchen with granite countertops,
stainless steel appliances and custom tile. Four balconies to relax on with either an
ocean or Intracoastal waterway view. Easy beach access located across a quiet
street.
No lugging suitcases and grocery’s upstairs, a private elevator provides
easy access to all floors. You will find the perfect blend of comfort and style. The living, dining, and kitchen area are on the top floor with one bedroom. Each bedroom has its own private bath. The King master bedroom has a soaking tub and large shower. There are sliding glass doors on each bedroom with access to a deck.
There is an enclosed outdoor shower on the ground level underneath the home. Located in Surf City on Topsail Island only a short distance from the downtown area with shopping, dining, playground park area, fishing pier, etc.
