Immaculate Hidden Gem in St George Island

Welcome to our beautiful home on SGI! Upon entering the Gated Plantation area of SGI, our home is approximately 1 mile past the gate, located on a private culdesac. You can park underneath the house where there is an outside shower, fish cleaning area and beach chairs. Entering the house on the first floor, you'll find the laundry room and the elevator.

One flight of stairs takes you to the kitchen, dining area, and a full bathroom. The kitchen has granite countertops and all the amenities of home along with a 4 person table (great for playing cards, refueling for the beach, or just enjoying food and company!) The dining room has a large table that comfortably seats 8 people. 

From the dining room you go down a small flight of stairs to the living area with a large comfortable den area with a large TV, blu-ray player, leather couches and a leather recliner. There is also a reading area and a place for kids to play games on this level too. From the living area, there is access to a large screened porch with another table and chairs. The enormous pool with a 50 meter lap lane is conveniently located outside the back porch.

All 4 bedrooms are on the top floor. 2 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and 2 bedrooms share a bathroom between them in the hall. There are 3 king beds and 2 full beds. The master bedroom has a 32” TV, a fantastic view of the pool, a screened in porch and a huge walk in shower with a double vanity. The other 2 bedrooms with king beds have a view of the ocean. The 4th bedroom has 2 full beds and also opens up to the screened in porch overlooking the pool.

We are the only house in the community that is rented directly by the private owner. If you want better beds and a better stocked kitchen, try us out!

We do not rent to college students on spring break.  Minumum age of single renters is 25.

Inside Linens Provided, Beach towels are NOT provided.  Kitchen stocked with dishes, utensils, pots/pans, Blender, crock pot, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster oven.  

House 500 feet from beach, directly on enormous pool with 50meter lap lane.

Den, has large TV with Blu-Ray player and some movies for your enjoyment.  Off of the den is a reading/play area.  WIFI provided.

3 King Beds, 2 Double Beds

Master Bath has memory foam king bed, ex large walk-in shower with double vanity.  This bedroom also has a TV with a blu-ray player.

4th Bathroom is on the main living floor with large walk-in shower.

Shower with hot water under the house for rinsing off all the sand. 

Washer and Dryer on the 1st level.  Elevator to access 2 main levels.  The elevator does not access the 1/2 level where the TV and reading area are located.

Sept 2, 2013 - Nov 2, 2013 --- $1,700 per week; $1050 for 3 nights

Rates do not include 9% state & local sales/bed tax; $175 cleaning fee; and $75 gate fee
