Vacation Rental Description

Located on the PGA West golf course in beautiful La Quinta, minutes
from Palm Springs, this graciously furnished condo villa is a perfect
desert resorts vacation rental enjoying a lush Arnold Palmer Course
setting and dramatic mountain vistas.

Our spacious two-bedroom/two-bathroom retreat is drenched in sunlight
and has a cathedral ceiling and bright, open floor plan in the 
lounge, which features an entertainment armoire with TV, DVD-player, 
stereo, a wet-bar, and a mirrored wall inset with handsome fireplace.

The master bedroom has beautiful contemporary furnishings, including 
a king-side bed with absolutely top quality orthopedic mattress, 
plus a refreshing color scheme, cable TV, and walls graced by framed 
original photographs of antique American cars. The second bedroom 
also has gorgeous contemporary decor and king-size bed. Both 
bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

We are constantly upgrading with a determination to make this the 
most gorgeous two-bedroom condo rental in PGA West! 

Our beautiful kitchen was totally remodeled in August 2005 with all-
new stainless steel appliances, halogen lighting, and a fresh and 
lively color scheme.

The garden patio has a bench seat and is a delightful spot for
breakfast. And the living room and master bedroom each have sliding
glass doors that open to the rear patio – good for cocktails from the
wet-bar – offering pristine views of the world-famous Arnold Palmer
Course, home to the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic and one of seven courses
gracing the spectacular 2,200-acre PGA West resort community, with all
the amenities for your perfect golf or leisure vacation.

An inviting pool and spa literally a stone’s throw away proves 
perfect for savoring the sunsets on Santa Rosa Mountains. And the 
peaceful PGA West community has magnificently manicured grounds, 
with beautiful soaring palms, sparkling lakes, and a superb location

May-01-2006 to May-31-2006: $200 daily / $1000 weekly / $2200 monthly

SAVE on 2/3/4/5 night stays:
Stay three nights or more and SAVE $50 on both the third and fourth
nights! Stay five nights or more and SAVE $100 on both the fifth and
sixth nights!

SAVE on second & third week stays: 
The "weekly" rate is for ONE week. Stay for a second and/or third 
week
and take advantage of our discount rates. In high season, stay two
weeks and SAVE $400 on the second week; stay three weeks and SAVE AN
ADDITIONAL $400 on the third week!
