This open and airy two bedroom and two full bath half duplex has an inviting flow.

Cooks will delight in the gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless
steel appliances.  The kitchen is completed by bar stools along the granite
counters .

A nice sized living room boasts a flat screen television, cable and opens to the
screened porch.

The porch overlooks the tranquil waters and is the perfect place to enjoy early
morning coffee or an evening margarita because in the Florida Keys it’s always 5
o'clock somewhere!

There is a full bath in the hall with a tub. Adjacent to the bath is the guest
bedroom with a queen bed.

Down the hall, is the master suite. The master has a king size bed and cable
television. There is a walk in closet, as well as a master bath equipped with a
shower.

This home has up to 30’ foot of dockage for your use and plenty of deep water for
your boat. In minutes you can be on the ocean side reefs or crossing the Vaca Cut
for a gulf side excursion.

Walking distance to Sparky’s Landing bar and restaurant to enjoy dining on the water with evening music for entertainment

Key Colony Inn or Cabana Breezes bar and restaurant are within a few blocks. And, Key Colony has walking and bike trails all around the island.

Boat rentals, snorkeling trips or kayak rentals are just a block from your Keys

There is no boat trailer parking on the property however, we can arrange to have your trailer stored during your stay for a nominal fee.

Instructions - Garbage pick up is on Tuesday morning and Saturday morning. All
barrels must be left with lids at roadside after 4 pm on the day before pick up and
returned thereafter.
