Completely refurbished in 2012 this stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bath beauty boasts all new furnishings and a brand new gourmet kitchen complete with granite countertops.



Relax and enjoy the splendor of a Florida Keys sunset from the expansive screened porch that overlooks your own private pool. Or let us reserve you kayaks that you can launch from your own yard and explore the abundant sealife.



Bedding~(3 Bedrooms/Sleeps 8)


Master Suite: Image waking up in your King sized bed to the sun shining over the Gulf and the balmy breezes from your private balcony. The master suite has a private bath with large soaking tub to relax your cares away.


BR 2: The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares the hall bath with bedroom 3


BR 3: The bunk house has a set of bunkbeds and a trundle bed with two twin for a total of four twins in all in this delightful room.



Full laundry facilities with a full sizesd washer and dryer.



Fully stocked kitchen with all appliances, cookware, dishes and a starter of paper towels, dish soap and dishwaher powder are provided. Your home will have a toaster, blender and coffee maker for your use.



The home has central air conditioning and numerous ceiling fans for those warm tropical days.



There is a small floating dock which is ideal for jet skis, kayaks or a small flats type boat. All homes in the FLorida Keys can be subject to seagrass blowing in with strong winds. The grass is where our sealife live and reporduce and can cause an odor when it accumulates.


Flooring throughout the home is wood laminate and tile. Pets under 20 pounds will be accepted with a $150 per pet fee and pets over 20 pounds will be considered. Please call to discuss your pets needs.



The lovely Gulf front pool will ensure you enjoy everyday in the Keys as your relax around the azure waters. Pool heat will be provided for the week for an additional $100 fee.



All bedrooms and the living area have flat screen TV's. Basic cable will be provided and a DVD player is located in the living room.

The common area are open and inviting and offer plenty of seating areas as well as a sleeper sofa in the living area.

Parking for 4 cars, two are covered and even space for your boat trailer.

For guests wishing to have more water sports, Coco Plum Vacation Rentals is happy to coordinate the use of kayaks, jet skis, private boats and private fsihing charters.


Guests may also wish to visit the world famous Turtle Hospital, Dolphin research center, Key West and Duval Street or relax at Bahia Honda park and Beach.


Home is located within 5 miles of grocery stores, drug stores, a hospital, boat ramps, bait shops, restaurants, bars, movie theater and all other conveniences you may desire.
