Fantastic pool home near Disney in Disney Area

Our 4 Bed/3 Bath pool home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Rolling Hills Estates at Formosa Gardens. A quiet, well maintained community of 190 homes and the perfect base for your vacation. Close to all Disney attractions, golf courses (next door to Mystic Dunes), restaurants & supermarket (1.5 miles to Formosa Gardens center) and major highways (I4, I429). Drive to Universal Studios, Sea World or Orlando airport in less than 30 minutes. Tampa, Daytona and Kennedy Space Centre are only 1 - 1 1/2 hours away.

The house is furnished to sleep up to 8 in absolute comfort. Two bedrooms have private bathrooms en-suiteand, king beds and memory foam matresses. A third bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam mattress while the fourth has two captain's beds and is decorated with a Disney theme. All bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen TVs and cable service. 

In the living area a sofa & two love seats provide comfortable seating for you to enjoy  a 3D movie on the wall mounted TV. The dining area seats 6 comfortably and the breakfast counter is also available for meals. The kitchen is fully equipped and the large refrigerator/freezer has in-door ice & filtered water dispenser.

The fully screened pool deck overlooks a wetland conservation area and is furnished with Palm Casual furniture and cushions for your lounging comfort. There is also a 48" round dining table, 4 armchairs and a large propane gas grill for those who like to BBQ. The pool iitself is heated and is keot very clean. The pool was resurfaced in 2011.

Our games room provides hours of fun for the young & young at heart. Old favourites, Air Hockey & Foosball tables are complemented by up-to-date electronics & games. An Xbox 360 with Kinect, a good selection of games and a large wall-mounted LED TV will keep everybody happy and entertained.

Other features include free wireless internet, local & long distance phone calls, washer & dryer, and even a voice activated GPS so you don't need to rent one from a car hire company. For your convenience we also supply strollers, a pack 'n play crib, high chair & bed safety rail. Other than an area rug in the living room there are no carpets in the house. This is greatly appreciated by allergy sufferers.

To the West... Tampa, Busch Gardens and the Hard Rock Casino are about a 1 hour drive.

To the East... Kennedy Space Centre & Daytona Beach are both less then 1 1/2 hours.

Pool heat $15 per day October 15th - May 15th.

Cleaning  $85 per rental.

Taxes 13%

A Refundable Security Deposit of $450 is required or you may choose to purchase Damage Protection of up to $1,500 coverage for a flat fee of $49 per rental.

A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to secure your reservation and the balance is payable 45 days prior to arrival.
