Furnished golf home in Sun City

 LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE Sun City

$3000 per month
including unlimited golf (plus/minus dependent upon lease term)

  All utilities; water,
electricity, gas, cable TV and telephone are included. An older electric golf
cart is available for your personal use. A couples country club golf membership
and dues is also included. Your golf membership includes a 10% discount at the
country club restaurant. The lease agreement will certain conditions such as a
liability release, use of the home for a maximum of 6 persons 55 & older
(excepting short term visitors of any age), making arrangements for use of the
Sun City Recreation Centers (we can help you with that) and that you are
responsible for a signed inventory of all the items that come with the home.
Please no pets.

 When you arrive, even if
now, all is ready to simply open the door and relax.

The home is yours to fit your schedule. You also have first right
of refusal to extend the lease at your daily rate should you want to do so. A
non refundable deposit of $3000 will be adequate to hold the home for your
exclusive use till you arrive. Upon arrival the first months lease fee would be
due in cash or cashiers check; thereafter a personal check is ok.

   Within a week after you
leave us (or as you are leaving if we are available)

your initial deposit (the non-refundable one) will be returned to
you in full if the premises are as you found them, normal wear & tear
aside. I assure you that we are trying to build a business and have no
intention of losing you as a client or your referrals.

    We will provide a lease
form that is appropriate but let us know if there are any questions or
acknowledgments that you need from us in addition to those above so that you
can send a refundable holding deposit (which will go toward the non
refundable $3000 deposit at the time that the lease agreement is signed &
returned). If you want to simply reserve the home until we receive the lease
form you can send any reasonable amount, based upon the daily rate to hold it
for the time it takes till that is done. At this point you will be leasing the
home from my trust not the Sun City Golf Resort. You will sign up for the golf
membership but we will pay the sign up fee and monthly dues from the home lease
fee. The home is located at 10238 N 109 Ave, Sun City AZ, 85351 & we are
nearby at 10601 W Bayside Rd; we also rent another home at 10232 N 109 Ave.
