Real Del Mar is a beach side complex of town homes right on the ocean. It is right next to the Mayan Resorts. This town home is two levels with your own entrance, no elevators or Highrises to deal with. This Complex has a large property along the Ocean, with a double pool and gate directly on to the Beach.

This Townhouse is one row back from the Ocean, so no Ocean view, but the large pool is along the ocean with lots of Ocean and Sunset views. The Townhouse comes completely  set up with all the things you will need to make your stay wonderful. Linens,Towels, Kitchen completely outfitted with dishes, pans, silverware and all accessories needed for your stay.

Large Master suite with King size bed and Private Bath. 2 other bedrooms, one with Twin beds, one with double bed. Second bathroom upstairs with Shower. 1/2 bath on main floor. Small balconies off bedrooms. Large patio in front and small patio for privacy in back. Washer and Dryer.

ONE SMALL DOG IS ALLOWED. As long as it is quiet and all the rules of common courtesies are observed..

Just up the Beach, all water sports rentals are available, Bus runs right in front of complex, to Downtown and Golden Zone Nightlife and Restaurants in Mazatlan. 7/11 type store is across the street. several Restaurants within walking distance. Cabs also  available.
