Great apartment in Murray Hill

The apartment is well located in Murray Hill. It is comfortable and well furnished. The building is beautiful that has a great pool, steam room, jacuzzi, sauna, outdoor running track and sun deck.

My husband, myself and three kids (9, 13 and 15) spent four nights there. We were planning on eating in more however the kitchen is very small (enough room for one person) and poorly equipped to cook. I did e-mail Jennifer with a list of kitchen essentials for her to buy in order to make everyone's stay more enjoyable. She did assure me that she would be purchasing the necessary items.

The bathroom and kitchen were not very clean upon arrival. We did have to do a little cleaning up.

Apart from the cleanliness and lack of kitchen essentials, this is a great apartment near grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

I would recommend this apartment to friends and family once I was assured that the kitchen was better equipped and that Jennifer changed her cleaning lady!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Awesome Spot

This place is in the middle of everything in Manhattan. The layout and the view were to die for. It was like Christmas at night just beautiful. The amenities where great the indoor pool and hot tub look the way the picture shows. The property has 31 floors and looks like a high price hotel was clean and well decorated with some nice older pieces but very hip and modern feel. The kitchen only had room for one but plenty of sitting though out the rest of the condo. The bathroom was very well done new and clean spaces. The baloney door was bit trickery to open you push it and then pull it finally got it. The owner Jennifer was great, it’s best to email her for a faster response that way she gets right back to you with any questions you may have. I work for a hospital and have told all my friends about this spot to rent. I will be coming to New York again and plan on staying here every time I come. There are shops, grocery, bars and ATM’s within a four block radius making easy to get around. Hope you pick this place it is an Awesome Spot!!!!!!!!!!!!
