A $2500 refundable Security deposit is required with your reservation. This is non-smoking unit property. Smoking will forfiet the return of damage deposit.

Rental balance is due in full 90 days before arrival.

Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival will forfeit the $2500 Security deposit. Nonrefundable Credit check fee of $50,

Nonrefundable Cleaning fee of $75,

Tenant Application fee $125 payable to Regatta Beach Club Condominium Association Inc to process your application for approval by the Association (nonrefundable).

This unit is rented on a FIRST-COME-FIRST SERVE basis. Minimal  three months rental is required per the regulation of Regatta Beach Club Condominium Association.

The current rental rate is based on the season and length of the lease scheduled as follows: 

• January thru April: $2,950/month,plus 12% tourist tax
• May thru August: $2,550/month,plus 12% tourist tax
• September thru December:$2350/month, plus 12% tourist tax
• 7 or more months rental: $2400/month, no tourist tax required
• Annual rental: $2200/month, no tourist tax required. Only minimum 12 months lease qulifies for annual rental rate.
