Fully furnished 2-level Villa overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Villa is located on the beach in the slower paced fishing village of Telchac Puerto. Peaceful and private!! About 1/2 hour from Progreso(great shopping) and an hour from Merida(awesome downtown square and marketplace). Lots of privacy but close to all activities. Kayak in the Gulf of Mexico (with provided kayak) The water is beautiful!
Bright home with lots of Mexican tile throughout. Fully equipped kitchen... we provide all linens/towels. Enjoy swinging in the hammock while watching the sunsets with a margarita in hand...paradise!
Swim, kayak, snorkel, fish and boat right from our shore!

Large flamingo population nearby (they get their pink color from eating the brine shrimp in the salt mines). Our Villa is 1 hour from Merida and Progreso( full of night life) and 1 1/2 hours from Chichen Itza and Uxmal. Also nearby are numerous Cenotes. In Telchac Puerto, the market square and the Pier are down the beach from us(within walking distance). The pier has activities and sales of domestic goods. There are many festivals during various times of the year. The local food and hospitality are awesome!
