BRAND NEW HOUSE with all new furniture and bedding, stainless steel appliances, memory foam mattresses, 55" flat screen TV in living room,42" flat screen in master bdrm,DISH network with DVR, high speed (10mb) I net, large BBQ area downstairs with propane grill and charcoal smoker, ample parking under and in front of house. Driveway can accommodate large boat or trailer under the house. 

Take yourself back in time and with an amazing polynesian tiki themed room with a King bed.  For the kids we have an underwater themed room offering an unforgettable experience they will never forget.  Bunk bed room has 3 beds, 2 twins and a full.    

The open floor plan allows for entertaining large groups in the kitchen/dining and living room.

Beach Lodge restaurant is a scenic 3 block walk from the house.  Kody's restaurant is 1 block away and has amazing burgers and shrimp!  Beach Lodge is a great place to go for a drink or breakfast while watching the waves.

The neighborhood pool is 300 feet away and can be seen from the house. 

Spencers Landing has a community pool 300 ft from the house.  Restaurants and beach within walking distance.

Rates do not include 13% hotel tax on short term rentals

$90 cleaning fee applies to all rentals.

A refundable deposit of $300 will be taken for any rental with pets, owner must approve any pets in house and guests will be charged $300 for not getting permission to bring their pets.
