Close to Rotonda there is a wide range of activities and attractions including for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing vacation, many beautiful white sandy beaches at Manasota Key, Englewood and Boca Grande. There you can relax for hours sunbathing and watching pelicans diving for fish, or perhaps occasionally a pod of dolphins fishing in the shallow off shore waters. From these beaches spectacular sunsets can be experienced regularly.

Only a mile away from the property is the Rotonda Community Park which has a bike path running through the parks nature preserve, two tenis courts, a sports field, picinic pavilion and restroom facilities.

Also within a short drive there are several wildlife refuges and nature trails.

Golfers are extremely well catered for with 5 excellent courses within Rotonda West area itself and nearly 30 more semi/private public courses within a 15-20 mile radius.

A wide selection of water sports are available for the more adventurous including diving/snorkelling, jet skiing, boating, sailing, fishing and surfing.

The area offers a fantastic choice of resturants catering for most tastes. Waterside seafood resturants are in abundance. For shoppers within 20 mniutes drive there are shopping malls with well know department stores such as Macy's, Dillard's, JC Penney, Sears and Bealls. Large designer name and brand outlet malls hosting a selection of well know stores are between 70-80 minutes drive.
