This house comes with a key to Black Point Beach, a private beach in
Chilmark. In addition, please enjoy using our kayaks on Black Point
Pond.

It is a short walk to either the association tennis courts or the
association pool. It is minutes away from West Tisbury beaches, the
weekly farmers' market and artisan fair and only a 10 minute drive
to Vineyard Haven for shopping, restaurants, and the ferry. This
house is an excellent family retreat.

It is a short drive to the weekly Farmers' Market and Artisan Fair,
not to mention the wonderful West Tisbury beaches.

This house is centrally located to just about everything on the
island, including shopping, restaurants, beaches, boating, and
golfing.
