Vacation Rental Description

Light and airy, this 3 bedroom Cape is set on over 1 acre of land, 
amidst lovely gardens, with access to bike paths and walking trails. 
This house features an open living room-dining room-kitchen area 
with cathedral ceiling, wood floor, and exposed beam. There is one 
bedroom on the main level with a queen-size bed and a futon. 
Upstairs is a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and the third bedroom has a 
queen-size bed and a futon. Wireless internet service is included.

This house comes with a key to Black Point Beach, a private beach in 
Chilmark. In addition, please enjoy using our kayaks on Black Point 
Pond. 

It is a short walk to either the association tennis courts or the 
association pool. It is minutes away from West Tisbury beaches, the 
weekly farmers' market and artisan fair and only a 10 minute drive 
to Vineyard Haven for shopping, restaurants, and the ferry. This 
house is an excellent family retreat.

Vacation Rental Amenities

washer/dryer, cable TV/VCR/DVD, telephones, wireless internet 
access, microwave, dishwasher,gas BBQ grill, outside enclosed 
shower, coffee maker, lobster pot, dishes, utensils.

Bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans. Sheets, towels, 
blankets, beach chairs and beach towels.

Activities and Attractions

Walk to the association pool and tennis courts. Enjoy the bike paths 
and hiking trails that are right outside your door. Kayak on Black 
Point Pond or just relax in the privacy of Black Point Beach. 

It is a short drive to the weekly Farmers' Market and Artisan Fair, 
not to mention the wonderful West Tisbury beaches.

This house is centrally located to just about everything on the 
island, including shopping, restaurants, beaches, boating, and 
golfing.
