Ocean Breeze Luxury Villas #1B is a tastefully decorated 3BR condo located right across the street from the beach in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. The property is located on the 1st floor of this raised building with access to the elevator. There is a spacious master bedroom suite with a king bed, walk in closet, balcony access & jacuzzi tub. Each of the other bedrooms have two double beds and private bathrooms. There is also a half bath off the dining room as well. All of the bedrooms have Flat Screen TVs mounted on the walls and there is a 47" Flat Screen in the Living room as well. The kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops and has a full size stainless steel refrigerator & freezer. It has everything you need to cook your meals and enjoy family time on the beautiful dining room table & breakfast bar. Plenty of sunshine comes through the balcony windows in the comfortable living room. Sit on the oversized balcony and enjoy the ocean breezes. The pool is located right down the hall with plenty of seating to enjoy the sun. This unit has a full size washer & dryer, ironing board & blow dryers in each bathroom. The building has free Wi-Fi access and has plenty of parking underneath. This property is non-smoking, no pets or motorcycles/trailers allowed.
