Welcome to the Las Vegas Gem 5...This 2900 Sq Ft 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is located only minutes from the Heart of the Las Vegas Strip(4 miles west )...There are 2 lounges to relax in with Hi-Def Flat Screens with all the Movie Channels...One of the Lounges has a 61 Hi-Def with Surround Sound System and Gaming station(PS3)..Recently remodeled with Stone, Wood flooring through-out and Custom Paint...
The Master bedroom has a King Size bed ,its own private bathroom ,Hi-Def 40in Flat Screen and private balcony overlooking the expansive Pool ...There are 2 more bedrooms upstairs with Queen size beds and another bathroom...There is also a huge balcony leading from both bedrooms upstairs(Smoking Area)....Downstairs is another bedroom with Queen size bed and 1 more bathroom...
We also supply 3 Queen Size Hi-Loft Air Mattresses with Memory Foam toppers to handle up to 6 more guests that can be set up in any of the lounges...These are not your boy scout Mattresses....They are very Comfortable and even have remotes to adjust the Air Pressure to your Comfort levels...All you have to do is Plug them when your ready to retire for a goodnights sleep...
