Beautifully restored 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, authentic Alexander mid-century  
modern classic with large pool and jacuzzi.  Centrally located in North Palm  
Springs off of historic Racquet Club Road on a quiet cul de sac street.  This  
private home has incredible, unobstructed mountain views.   
 
The main house features an open floor plan including a master bedroom  
suite, guest room, half bath, living room/dining room, and kitchen.  Views of  
the nearby mountains, pool, and private back yard are visible from all rooms.  
A private jacuzzi is situated outside the main house's guest room.   The  
master bathroom includes a large shower with two heads and a beautiful floor  
to ceiling window, which looks out onto the pool.  The open air kitchen is fully  
equipped for entertainment.  The house is light and bright with sliding glass  
doors and windows throughout.  
 
The separate guest house is only a few steps away from the main house.   
Guests here will also enjoy the privacy of another master suite with a king size  
bed and full bath.  The guest house, like the main house, also enjoys  
unencombered views of the mountains and pool.   
 
The backyard has plenty of outdoor lounging areas for sun worshippers.  For  
those who like the shade, there is a cabana with three lounge chairs.  There's  
an outdoor shower to rinse off after relaxing by the pool.   Additionally, the  
outdoor fire pit will illuminate all of your Palm Springs evenings.

$300/night 
$1400/week 
$3000/month 
 
Winter (After Labor Day - May): 
$350/night 
$1800/week 
$3500/month 
 
There is a 2 night minimum stay during non-holiday weeks. 
There is a 3 night minimum stay for holidays weeks. 
$50 a day to heat the pool during the winter season. 
$150 cleaning fee. 
$500 to $1000 refundable security deposit.
