Minimum Rental Period is 26 nights

Modern, newly furnished, 2 bdrm, 2 bath condominium with a nice view off the large balcony. It sleeps 4-5 adults or 4 adults and 2 small children.  Conveniently located in a quiet gated complex in Temecula.  It was built in 2005 and has a nice pool and jacuzzi with a BBQ.  There is also a gym and an indoor racquet ball court. It has a full kitchen with a new dishwasher. It includes two full baths and high speed internet (Wi-Fi).  There is a new 50 inch Plasma HDTV with a surround sound bar and Blue-Ray player in the living room. The master bedroom includes a Queen bed and a new 43 inch Plasma HDTV.  The 2nd bedroom includes a Queen bed and a 40 inch HDTV.  There is also a pull-out sofa sleeper in the living room.

There is a nice Nature walking trail right out the door.  The condo is located only three miles from the Pechanga Resort and Casino and their award winning Journey golf course.  Over 20 wineries are within 10 miles and there are many other golf courses close by.  Historic downtown Tecmecula is only 4 miles away.  There is shopping and restaurants galore, some within walking distance.  Temecula has a very nice year around climate with lots of sun and fun!  San Diego is less than an hour away.

There is a nice community pool and jacuzzi with a BBQ.  There is also a racquet ball court on the premises and a nice walking trail right out the door.

Close to the major attractions, and easy access via the Freeway.  Enjoy wine tasting, casinos,  hot air ballooning, biking and hiking, shopping at the Temecula Promenade Mall, Old Town Temecula, Jazz Concerts, and Fallbrook Village.  The San Diego Safari Park is only 40 minutes away.  Downtown San Diego and all of it's attractions are less than an hour away.  Also, there are many beautiful public golf courses nearby.

Busy Mom's Hideaway

I am a busy Temecula mom with work and family and animals to take care of. Sometimes I just need to getaway to rejuvenate! This condo was the perfect answer for me. I was able to still be close to home and work, but at the same time have my needed getaway.

When I walked through the door I am sure I said "Aaahhh". I felt comfortable immediately. This condo is decorated so nicely with everything I needed. I enjoyed having some time to myself, watching television and taking luxurious naps in the inviting master bedroom. Located in a peaceful corner of the complex, it was relaxing to enjoy my morning coffee while sitting on the balcony looking out at the view. Free WiFi and my laptop allowed me to get some work done too. On Sunday, I opened the front door and there was the Sunday paper for me!

This is a two bedroom condo with two full bathrooms. What I love is the floor plan. The second bedroom and full bath are located on the opposite side of condo from the master bedroom and bath. So lots of privacy. There is a full washer and dryer inside the condo, which is very convenient. I also like that the condo is a short walk to popular Temecula restaurants.

Being a local, I would definitely use this condo for needed getaways when obligations won't allow me to go too far from home. Perfect for guests coming to town. Or even if you are remodeling at home and need some sanity while the work is being done. And of course, perfect for busy Mom's needing a little hideaway time to rejuvenate. Can't wait for my next stay!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

This condo was a dream! The place is spotless. Peaceful surroundings. Heavenly view from the balcony. Also it's loaded with all the amenities. Flatscreens, surround sound, Blu-ray access, blue tooth stereo capabilities. Both bedrooms have their own private bathroom. Spacious kitchen, (also fully loaded with everything you need). Located five minutes from Old Town Temecula. I've stayed in lots of places in Temecula and this place takes the cake.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

The property was laid out in such a way as to be ideal for sharing by two couples. It was well appointed and well stocked with necessities such as dinnerware, kitchen utensils, paper products, etc. We were there, primarily, for golf and to visit a number of friends. There is plenty of golf in the surrounding area and we had friends over for cocktails and dinner several times. We did not do a lot of dining out but "Francescas Italian Kitchen" (within walking distance) was very good.

Overall we enjoyed the property very much and would recommend it, particularly to couples that would want to share. The only reason we did not rate it "excellent" was because, while generally good, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell short of "excellent." Also, on one occasion there was a noisy late night party. We suspect that is not altogether unusual in the surrounding complex.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing
