If you’re in need of a vehicle during your stay we’re located just minutes from Budget, Avis and Enterprise car rental locations. After a busy day of meetings or office work there is no better way to unwind than enjoying some fine dining. As it turns out, you don’t need to travel far to enjoy great dining and night life. Your room is located centrally around some of the best night life that Seattle has to offer. Many of the restaurants are rated by Zagat customer reviews as “extraordinary to perfection”; that should make finding a great place to eat pretty easy.

An enjoyable picnic in one of the many close-by city parks is also a great way to take in the immense amount of action and fun that Seattle has to offer.

Take the family out on a charter fishing trip where they can experience the humbling majesty of the ocean. Take the family to see a ball game while you’re on vacation. Safeco field is within minutes of your room and its home of the Seattle Mariners; what better way to remember a vacation than taking home a prized foul ball.

Our properties are professionally cleaned and managed by Alfred's. We offer scenic city view units, all of which have amazing and breathtaking sights. Each 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is well appointed with quality furnishings including: fully-functional kitchens with all standard housewares, 2 over-sized bathrooms, newer appliances, very comfy couches and roll-away beds, quality queen-size beds, flat screen TVs, high speed wireless internet, serene views, with over 1000 sq. ft. Washers and dryers are ready for use in each unit.

Size - Alfred's average property is well over 1000 square feet. Hotels only measure in at 325 square feet. What this means is our guests have 3 times the space to stretch out and relax.

Privacy - If you have ever shared a hotel room with another couple, friend or family member, you know how difficult it can be to get a good night's sleep. Our guests get the luxury of enjoying their own private bedrooms without the interruptions found in hotels.

Kitchens - So where do you put ice cold drinks or chips and dip in a hotel room? We haven't figured it out either. We have fully-functional kitchens which include refrigerators, ovens, and microwaves. They’re fully furnished with all of the necessary basic housewares so you and your guests can enjoy a home-cooked style meal. Plus, eating out gets expensive!

Living Rooms - Do you ever just want to relax after a busy day? Or maybe you want to have guests over to watch a movie or a sporting event? Our living rooms feature comfy couches with flat screen TVs and an amazing selection of cable channels.

Pet Friendly - Worried about what to do with your pets before you travel? Why not bring them? All of our properties are pet friendly! Call for size and/or breed restrictions.
