vacation rental description
Our home was built in 1888 as a summer residence for the family of a well known Buffalonian. As was the trend at the time, wealthy families would summer on Grand Island, located between Buffalo and Niagara Falls, NY. There were resorts and clubs to cater to these families. There were also a number of private homes built. The Inn on Riversedge was one of them.
We will provide a unique and memorable vacation experience for you and your family. Nothing is more special than spending time with family in a beautiful setting . We offer fine linens and lush towels for our guests and our home is large enough to comfortably fit even a large group.
Our Inn is situated on the Niagara River and has 4/5 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms with tubs and showers.
We have a lovely parlor where you might choose to relax and read or visit with other members of your party. Maybe a game of chess or checkers will help you pass the time.
The formal dining room will make your special occasions truly remarkable!
Our state of the art country kitchen provides the perfect gathering place for the family. Custom concrete countertops, hardwood floors and a spacious breakfast bar provides for the best way to start the day during your exciting Niagara vacation!
Our family room is quite large and features a woodburning stove and flat screen TV. You won't believe the paroramic views of the river across the road and the wood behind this very private residence!
The bedrooms are furnished with lovely antiques and the highest quailty bedding to hug you to sleep each night.
Lush towels provide the comfort of a 5* resort. We supply salon quality shampoo and conditioner as well as soap for your convenience.
This one of a kind property combines history, comfort and elegance.
Your Innkeepers,
Bob and Anne
