If the great outdoors is what you desire, you have the options of  
swimming, boating, biking, hiking, and cross country skiing within a  
few minutes of your door step. Or maybe you were looking forward to  
curling up with a good book and to just relax. Cozy quiet three  
bedroom fully furnished four season private home, over looking  
beautiful scenic historic Lake Champlain. The house is located on 2.9  
wooded acres. The Adirondak Mountains can be seen from the large deck  
or from the upstairs balcony's. The inside of the house is charming,  
with an open living space to enjoy. Families are encouraged.

Vacation Rental Amenities

All Linens are provided. A washer and dryer are available. Full  
Kitchen including, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Stove, Refrigerator, and  
all cookware/utensils. Beds include One King size, One Full Size,  
and Two Twins. Also available are TV, DVD, CD and outdoor gas  
barbecque grill. Telephone and dial up access to the internet.

Vacation Rental Rates

November 2007 to May 2008; 
800/wk, 175 per night, min. 3 nights. 
 
June 2008 to October 2008; 
900/wk, 175 per night, min. 3 nights. 
 
All rates include up to six guests. 
Holidays are extra 
Check in Time - 4pm.      Check out time - 12 noon. 
 
There is a $350.00 security deposit required and will be returned if  
the property is left as you found it (no damage occuring  
during your occupancy) and a 9% Vermont Renting tax.  This is a Non- 
Smoking home.
