bedroom fully furnished four season private home, over looking
beautiful scenic historic Lake Champlain. The house is located on 2.9
wooded acres. The Adirondak Mountains can be seen from the large deck
or from the upstairs balcony's. The inside of the house is charming,
with an open living space to enjoy.

October 29th, 2012 to May20th 2013; 800 to 900.00 per wk, 180.00 to 200 per night. May 21st 2013 to October 28th, 2013, 900.00 to 1,000.00 per week, 200.00 per night- min. 2 nights. All rates include up to six guests. .Holidays are extra. Check in Time - 4pm. Check out time - 12 noon. There is a $350.00 security deposit required and will be returned if the property is left as you found it (no damage occuring during your occupancy) and a 9% Vermont Renting tax. This is a Non-Smoking home.
