Loaded with extras and catching all the sea breezes, we're a short stroll from dedicated access to the beautiful sugar white beaches. Golf Cart provided. It's nestled in a cul de sac area next to state park with secluded beach houses with natural landscapes, privacy, and relaxation! Walking distance to the beach (half mile) on a quiet street off 30 A, hike to the lake or bike to Rosemary and Alys Beach. Also close to: Seaside, Seagrove, Santa Rosa, Blue Mountain, Miramar, Watercolor, Pier Park .... all within a short drive.

Master Bedroom has Queen-size bed, TV, private bath with 6ft Jacuzzi tub, walk in closet, Queen size 2nd bedroom with access to 2nd bath. 3 BR has a bunk bed, access to 2nd bath, Florida room has a futon and back yard is screened in with Hot Tub. Washer and dryer and fully functional kitchen. WIFI and Family Cable TV provided.
