Executive new home includes custom oak kitchen with all the amenities, Hot tub, fire pit area, beach and lawn, sleeps eight with a electric boat hoist, jet ski hoist, dock, deck and fireplace. Just bring your beach towels and lawn chairs.

Pets are considered part of your family but need our written preapproval and include an extra $200 nonrefundable pet fee.

4 bedrooms: three with queen beds and one with a double. 2 1/2 baths including a jacuzzi tub in master bath provide all guests with plenty of privacy with public utilities.

Almost every room in the home has lake views to wake up to or watch the gorgeous Seneca Lake sunset (if your not in the 8 person hot tub on the deck!). Cathedral ceiling with skylights in LR and two bedrooms.

Washer and dryer, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator/freezer with door ice and water, microwave, and garbage disposal. All kitchen utensils, appliances, and pots and pans to use with the brand new GE 6 burner stove. Small breakfast bar with two bar stools and dining room area.

Cable TV with DVD player in LR and several redbox locations in the area. Flat screen TV in living room and small flat screen in master bedroom. Cell phone service is excellent.

Ithaca is just over 30 miles away with the commons for shopping, unique and traditional dining, Museum of the Earth, and Taughannock Falls, Cascadilla Gorge, and Robert Treman State Park with waterfall swimming just to name a few budget friendly family activities.
