Poconos Towamensing Wylie (PTW) in Albrightsville

Our 5 bedroom, 2 full bath house is located in the heart of the Poconos and a short drive from Big Boulder Ski Resort. We provide real rental value, putting you where you want to be to relax and have fun without breaking your budget.  Gather your friends and family to come to an excellent location for your next vacation or getaway weekend.

There are four queen size beds and one set of twin size bunk beds.  There's also a queen size pull-out couch. The house has an open plan Living, Dining and Kitchen arrangement to keep everybody in on the fun. Two wood burning fireplaces really help you spark some wonderful moments and warm memories.

As part of the Towamensing Trails community our guests are able to use the amenities of this community and we provide 8 guest badges as part of your rental.  The main attraction at Towamensing is the lake.  You can boat, fish, swim or sit on the beach to just soak-in it's peaceful beauty.  At the house you will find two wood burning fireplaces (one in the Living Room, one in the Family Room), providing the perfect gathering place for friends or family to catch-up with each other.  The Family room is open to the Game room, providing entertainment in multiple traditional forms - play pool, darts, board games, cards, etc There's also a wet bar and refrigerator right in the Game room, so no one misses out on the fun providing the snacks and drinks.

You know you are going to be in the heart of the Poconos, so all the activities and attractions of this region are within easy driving distances.  Big Boulder Ski Resort is one of the main attractions that brings groups to rent our house.  We are an excellent choice during the ski season if you are looking to share the experience with a group of friends.  

Not too far up the road are The Crossings - Premium Outlet stores.  If there are members of your group less interested in the more athletic activities of skiing or hiking, this provides a really great alternative activity.  And you'll not be surprised to learn that with over 100 stores, they are able to keep themselves happy the whole day, just as you spend a whole day on the slopes or out in the woods.  Everyone returns to the house with a real feeling of earned exhaustion, but also accomplishment.

These paragraphs focus on only two of the ever so many wonderful choices you can engage in, should you feel the need to get up and do something.  Don't be surprised if you choose to just relax and enjoy the amenities provided at the house itself.  Wouldn't it be a real vacation if you spent some of your time and just sat by the fire (or the lake) and read a good book?

Standard rates:

Winter (Jan-March): $500/weekend, $900/Week

Spring (Apr-May): $400/weekend, $700/Week

Summer (Jun-August): $450/weekend, $800/Week

Fall (Sept-December): $375/weekend, $650/Week

Holiday weeks/weekends:

New Years Eve: $2900

Martin Luther King, Presidents' Day & Pocono Race weekends: $900

Memorial Day and Labor Day: $1000

4th of July and Thanksgiving: $1050

Christmas:  $1500

Additional individual nights can be purchased - please contact us for quotes.

A refundable Security Deposit of $400 is required. Person signing the Lease must be 25 years old or older and a member of the group staying at the house.

The cleaning fee is $100 and will be in part refunded if house is left in "as found" condition.

Guests supply their own linens and towels.

Check-in: 4 PM; Check-out: 11 AM

This is a No Smoking and No Pets house.
