WEEKEND $3,800
MIDWEEK EXCLUSIVE (MON-FRI) $2,600 - $3,200 (14 people max.)
1 FULL WEEK EXCLUSIVE (6 nights) $6,000 (14 people max.)
1 MONTH EXCLUSIVE $25,000 June, $28,000 July or August
HOLIDAYS EXCLUSIVE (3 nights) $5,000 - $6,500
OFF-SEASON (September - May) $2,000 for long weekend.
SPECIAL: Year Round or Summer Only, $80,000
The head of the group may have guests that are his/her
responsibility, however, all Service Agreements are to one person
over the age of 25.
If you intend on entertaining guests, the majority of whom are under
age 25, no more than 2 nights will be
considered and the rates are 15% higher.
In no event may more than 16 people be on the premises at any one
time. Security deposit is an additional $500 (over the normal
security of $800) for guests under age 25.
3) Winter rates for 8 month lease only from September through May for professionals
or graduate students are $700 per
bedroom or $3000 for whole house per month (September 15 through May).
4) Exclusive Year round starting in September $70,000
