Welcome to The Sandy Feet Retreat a 4 bedroom 1 bath private residence located on 1/2 acre of direct river frontage in South Cocoa Beach. A very private home not a condo....We're nestled between the foliage on the lovely secluded Banana River at the south end of the barrier island, but only a few minutes drive to cafes, groceries, etc. Enjoy amazing sunsets from your private deck that ever changing nightly orange, yellow, purples...it's truly majestic! Delight in dolphins playing around and under your 20 foot private dock, bird watch, gazing at the many secies or fish for your dinner that you can grill out on the large outdoor deck. The evenings are wonderful spent outdoors. Warm up by the Chiminea, you bring the marshmallows and hot dogs to roast. Relax in one of the 2 hammocks or on the patio furnature. After a stroll on the beach which is only 90 sandy feet steps across the road way, take an fresh outdoor shower in the shower garden. This is the ideal location to be inspired whether your a writer, an artist, a photographer or a reader. Walk to the end of the dock to escape the world... Three of the four bedrooms have an unobstructed river front view with large picture windows.   Living room has HDTV with DVD and cable and wireless Internet. Two of the bedrooms have a queen sized bed. Second bedroom has a trundel bed with a twin bed under and the fourth has 2 twin beds.  Hall bathroom has tub and shower. This tastefully decorated 1100 square foot bungalow is cozy and intamite with nice furnishings and , high quality linens, a well stocked kitchen, etc.  We supply beach towels to paper products, and dish detergents!  The online calendar is kept up to date. Pricing is $1400 to $1950 weekly plus cleaning fee. Please inquire for your rate. 2-4 night minimum for $325 includes cleaning. 5 nights or more $1250 plus $155 cleaning and for 1 week stay is $1500 plus $155 cleaning. ****11% tax rate applies to all rentals!!
