Vacation Rental Description

Large 1300 Sq Ft 2 bed 1 Bath. Lake view from front and back decks. 
Quiet wooded area. Very peacful and quiet. Abundant wildlife. 
Turkey, Deer, Fox, many varieties of birds.
Downstairs is a "Bunkhouse' for the kids. This room Sleeps 4.

100" DLP TV in Livingroom/Diningroom. 10 speaker surround sound, 
Corian counters in kitchen. Kitchen has complete cooking facilities 
and equipment.Blender/Mixer, Microwave,Jennair range, oven, 
dishwasher.  Completely furnished.
2 sided gas fireplace, State of the art treadmill. Hardwood floors, 
Italian Marble Bathroom floors with 2 man Jacuzzi Tub and shower. 
Walk in closet entirely cedar. 42" Plasma TV in Bedroom with Cable. 
Satillite dish for Computer conection. Large covered deck with top 
of the line BBQ with rotisserie.

Lake Cumberland Speedway, Cumberland Falls, Natural Arch, Mill 
Springs Mill, SomerSplash Water Park, Finleys Fun Center,Monticello 
County Park, Monticello Country Club (Golf), Lakewood Countryclub 
(Jamestown), Somerset Countryclub (Somerset).
The Lake is the vacation center for the midwest. Guinness Book of 
records for largest small mouth bass,also catfish,etc.
Seasonal hunting includes, 
Turkey, Deer, Fox, Fowl. 
This Lake is more than 100 miles long. 2 boat ramps- less than 2 miles and 3.5 miles from house.

Vacation Rental Rates

$650 per week plus $25 small cleaning deposit/$200 security-damage refundable deposit.  $125 per 
night-3 night 
minimum.
 Smoking is only permitted on the porch/decks.

Also available;
 Mountain bikes for rides arond the lake area. (Free with damage
