The home is 1200 feet (120 meters), with a great pool, large balconies, huge garden, roof top terrace, and private parking. The home is equipped with 3 FULL bathrooms. 1 downstairs with the living area as well as in each bedroom. The 2 large bedrooms are each private and located on the top level. Each has a full bath, queen size bed, beautiful garden view, and balcony. Downstairs will have a sofa bed to sleep an additional 1/2 people (6 total).

If the whole home is too large, ask about the rate and availability of renting just one private room.


Casa los amigos is situated on the south side of Tulum, in "Colonia La Veleta", aprox. 3-4 miles from the beach, 1-2 miles from the most beautiful of cenotes, less than 1 mile from supermarkets and fruit stores and livinn in nature. Taxis are inexpensive in Tulum and there's plenty of them everywhere.

Additionally I am located in the area and have lots of knowledge about activities, tours, restaurants, beaches, buses, etc etc so feel free to email with questions regarding this as well.
