Our recently renovated condo has immaculate tropical grounds and gardens!  We are located on the first floor of a quiet building with private parking near the front door.  New paint and bedding are just two of the latest additions to our updated decor.  You can watch flat screen TV's in the livingroom and both bedrooms and bring your laptop and use our secured wireless internet.  Swim in our heated pool,  sunbathe in comfortable lounge chairs, read a book under one of our two tiki huts at the pool or play shuffleboard on our own court.  You can watch the sunset at Sunset Park from our patio, walk down the path to our private beach to watch the sunrise or just relax under one of our many palm trees.  Collect unique shells or snorkel in the Atlantic right off our white, sandy beach. Two gas grills are available to BBQ at our tiki hut on the beach while you keep an eye out for dolphins and manatees! Key Colony Beach has fine restaurants, a par 3 golf course, bocci and tennis courts and a playground for children all within walking distance of our condo!  Snorkeling, scuba diving and fishing boats are all available within a few minute’s drive.  Grocery stores, shopping and boutiques are nearby as well as fine restaurants and the captain’s catch-of-the-day is available at many local fisheries.  Paradise is just a phone call or email away!!

2 Bedrooms (master has king bed with full bathroom, guest bedroom has 2 double beds with full bath right outside bedroom door), towels linens and beach towels provided, 2 full bathrooms, pull-out couch, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, Kitchen-Aid dishwasher, new coffee maker, toaster, stove and oven, new refrigerator with ice-maker, Dining area that seats 6, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, washer and dryer conveniently available, 3 flat-screened TV's, secured wireless internet, telephone, parking spot close to entrance, private condo beach with lounge chairs, private condo heated pool with lounge chairs and tiki huts, tiki hut on beach with 2 gas grills and picnic tables, air-conditioning and heat. Beautifully landscaped!!

Heated pool for guests, shuffle board courts, close to: children's playground, Par 3  9 hole golf course, shopping, great restaurants, swimming with the dolphins, turtle hospital, snorkeling, charter fishing available, fishing off of Lady Marathon, sailing, kyaking, 53 miles from Key West. 

Rates are based on 4 person maximum occupancy that vary depending on the time of the year.  Special rates are available during the off-season from as low as $875.
