This vacation rental boasts over 3000 sq feet of open concept space, 1000 sq feet of sun deck, sleeps 16+ people in four large bedrooms (including honeymoon suite w/ jacuzzi) and 400 sq foot loft.

Centrally located only minutes away from Captains Village Marina, Super-Valu, Liquor Store, Home Hardware, Family Fun Centre, Park Store, and Shuswap Lake Provincial Park. Quite private beach is only 2 min walk away (200 feet).

Kitchen: Modern gourmet kitchen with large island and new appliances. (Gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster) Kitchen comes fully equipped with plates, cups, silverware, and cooking utensils.

Bedrooms: Four spacious bedrooms plus loft with modern fixtures and lots of closet space. Total of seven beds in the house that can sleep over twelve people.

Bathrooms: Three full bathrooms one with large jetted Jacuzzi tub and one with double showerhead.

Rate information:

Summer: (June - August)

• $3900 - ($500.00 Credit) = $3400.00 per week for groups of 10+ people  (Tax Incl)
• $3400 - ($500.00 Credit) = $2900.00 per week for groups of less then 5 people (Tax Incl)

Off Season: (January - May / September - December)

• $2000 per week for up to 10 people  (Tax Incl)

Note: There is a $1000.00 booking / damage deposit. Providing the cabin and property are clean and neat at checkout, your $1000 damage / cleaning deposit will be returned to you by mail or email money transfer. To date we have never had to withhold money for this service. We find our guests are as respectful of our home as we would be in their homes.
