King in Master Bedroom, two twins in second bedroom. Kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar. Living area has beautiful view of ocean, as does the Master Bedroom. Elevators. Close to Flagler Avenue with shops/restaurants. Beautiful sunrises.

Ponce De Leon Inlet Lighthouse, tremendous restaurants, Cape Canaveral is less than an hour. All Orlando theme parks are less than 90 minutes away. A tremendous location for a relaxing family vacation without the glitter/neon of Daytona Beach. Why come to Florida and NOT enjoy an oceanfront view from both your living room and your master bedroom?!
vacation rental rates
There are no "nightly rates" Rentals have a one week minimum. Weekly rates are $1200 for June - August. September - May rates are $950/week. Monthly stays are almost exclusively winter and a minimum of two months. There is a $300 refundable deposit, and a $80 non-refundable cleaning fee for each rental. All rentals arrangements are secured through the Resident Manager, Deanna Campos.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE FEES DO NOT INCLUDE 12.5% TAX, WHICH WILL BE ADDED TO BOTH THE RENTAL AND CLEANING FEES.
