Beautiful and very affordable oceanfront condo/studio with balcony for rent by owner. No need to cross the street to get to the beach, as our studio is just steps to the beach.  Cozy, ample, clean and comfortable studio offers beautiful views of Collins Avenue (A1A).  Condo faces west, so you will have beautiful view of our gorgeous sunsets and of Collins Avenue. Balcony has a table and 4 chairs.   Tile is used throughout the entire studio.  Kitchen has granite countertop with a breakfast area is fully equipped, with 2 burner stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, toaster oven, dinnerware, flatware and glasses provided. Round dining table for 4.  Ample bathroom with granite and tile.  Two full size murphy beds.  Linens, comforters, pillows and towels are provided. 

If you are using our public transportation, it is located just as you exit the building.  You can use the concierge services to book any sightseeing trips, call for a cab or any other service you may need.

Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport:
Take Interstate I-95 South to Ives Dairy Road exit. Go East on the exit to Biscayne Blvd. Turn right on Biscayne Blvd. (Southbound) to the William Lehman Causeway (856 East) take a left. (keeping in the middle lane). At end of causeway turn left and hotel is immediately on the right side. Pull up to the driveway and a valet will assist you with parking.
Miami International Airport:
Take Interstate I-395 East towards Miami Beach. When you reach Interstate I-95 take it North to Miami Gardens Drive. Go east on Miami Gardens Drive to Biscayne Boulevard. Turn left on Biscayne Boulevard to the William Lehman Causeway. Turn right onto William Lehman Causeway to Collins Avenue. Turn left on Collins Avenue, hotel is on the immediate right.

High Season:  (November-April) Excluding Holidays
