Located at the center of the popular Winter Haven Chain of Lakes, this recently renovated home is located directly on Lake Howard in the city of Winter Haven. This clean quiet 2 bedroom bungalow offers picturesque lake views from the front porch. Our lakefront also includes a beach area for swimming and wading. A new boat dock is has just completed construction for further waterfront enjoyment. Lake Howard and the Winter Haven Chain of Lakes are well known for on water activities such as waterskiing, barefoot waterskiing, wakeboarding and jet skiing. The lakes also have some of the best fishing around. Boat launches are in abundance throughout the chain and one is located within ½ mile of the house on Lake Howard.
This vacation home features two bedrooms with a bath and a half. The master bedroom has a full king size bed while the second has a queen size bed. There is also a pull out queen size sofa bed in the living room. All bedrooms feature flat screen TV’S, new comfortable matrasses and new furniture. The living room has a 51” plasma TV and all new furniture.
The home includes professionally installed ceramic tile throughout.
You will find the home comfortable, clean and quiet.
Our home is only a few minutes from downtown Winter Haven. Legoland is a short 10 minute drive. Disney is approx. a 40 min drive. Area attractions include Circle B Bar Reserve, movie theater, bowling alley, arcade, museums, and many public golf courses.
