Enjoy another day at the beach when staying at "Sandy Sunsets" a gulf view vacation rental south of 30-A that is a very short walk to the beach. This property is tucked away in the community of Gulf Trace in Grayton Beach Florida away from the crowds but conveniently located just a short bike ride or drive to the shops and restaurants of downtown Grayton Beach, Seaside Florida beach resort, and Grayton Beach State Park.

This vacation home has a gulf view from the living room area. Dine in or dine out on the balcony that has two tables with seating for eight. Sandy Sunsets has four bedrooms and 2 baths on first level. Three bedrooms have queen-size beds, and the fourth bedroom has two, twin-size beds. The two south side bedrooms adjoin the balcony. TV's and DVD Players are in two bedrooms. The living room, dining, kitchen areas, and a half bath are on the second level. The living room has a TV and DVD player. Windows on second level run along the entire south side of the property giving the home a very open feel.

Covered parking is beneath the home, and a charcoal grill is available for guest use. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off those sandy feet after a day at the beach.  Most small dogs that are well behaved and that are 30 pounds or less will be allowed for an additional non-refundable pet fee.

This property is a great beach hideaway to relax and unwind, to spend quality time with family and friends, and to enjoy and reflect on the wonder of the natural beauty of the Beaches of South Walton.
