This 2nd Floor Condo can comfortably sleep up to 11 people:

• Master BR has a plush king bed with 24" LCD TV, sliding door leading to balcony, private ensuite bath and walk-in closet.
• Second BR has a plush queen bed with 24" LCD TV.
• Third BR has a full over full bunk bed with twin trundle that pulls out, so it can sleep 5 kids! There is also a 20" LCD TV/DVD on the wall.
• The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and a 40" Flat screen LED TV making this  unit sleep 9-11 comfortably.

Free WI-FI is included as well as extended family cable!!

The granite kitchen is fully equipped with new housewares and the latest  appliances for your cooking enjoyment. The separate laundry room has a new full size front load washer and dryer.

The complex has two pools (one heated seasonally) located only steps away  from the unit. Also, there are tennis and shuffleboard courts, a clubhouse, and  BBQ grills throughout.

With unspoiled beaches and sweeping dunes, Seagrove is a peaceful beach town with a lot to offer. You can ride your bikes on Scenic 30A bike path, which stretches 18 miles along the wonderful beach communities of Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton and Rosemary beaches. Nearby Eastern and Deer Lakes offer canoeing, kayaking, polo, fishing, and boating. For your shopping convenience, there is a Publix grocery store just 5 min away on 395. In addition, there are a myriad of antique stores, art galleries, unique shopping and award-winning restaurants in the local area. 

If you are looking for bigger attractions, there are tons to do in nearby Destin and Panama City Beach. The office near the main pool showcases brochures of all the nearby attractions and shopping for your convenience.
