This sunny, cozy beachside home is under a one minute walk to the beach.
The house is landscaped with Hawaiian Lai flowers Fragipani, and citrus trees.
The home has 3 Bedrooms with a King bed, Queen bed and a full bed & twin bed & a pullout sleeper Queen couch.
There is a extra Florida room besides the living room along with an extra family table so you can dine either in the fully equipped kitchen or the family room.
The back yard is huge for beachside and also fenced in for your privacy and for bringing your four legged kids if you want to.
It has beautiful citrus trees, flowers and green grass. A propane grill, lounge chairs and picnic table with a umbrella for you to enjoy the beautiful weather if you want to grill outside either in the sun or the shade.
The home is within walking distance to the supermarket, stores, restaurants, and bars.
