Unit G-201. Beautiful, newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on Sanibel Island on the Gulf Coast of southern Florida. Our unit is in closest building to the beach in Blind Pass Condominiums, which is located on a secluded, natural beach with great shelling, sand dunes, and stunning sunsets. It is an end unit on the 2nd floor and sleeps 6. The one-floor layout consists of a great room with dining area and living room with sleeper sofa and 2 love seats, with bedrooms on either side of the great room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, large walk-in closet, and bathroom with tub. The spacious guest room contains two double beds, with a guest bath across the hallway. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a closet with a full-size washer and dryer. The condo has 3 flat screen TVs, DVD, stereo, iPod speaker dock, WiFi, phone with free calling within continental US, movies, books, games, 6 beach chairs, beach cart, tennis rackets, bocce balls, snorkeling gear, and other beach gear. Significantly renovated in 2012.
There are no reviews posted because we just purchased and renovated the condo in 2012 and just started renting it. My review is an A+ (if I say so myself).

Blind Pass Condominiums offers a large heated pool with club house, 2 tennis courts, free use of kayaks and canoes, grilling and picnic areas (5 gas grills), and a shell washing/fish cleaning station. The beautiful beach is only a 5 minute walk from our unit down a scenic sandy trail through palm trees. Wheel cart provided, all necessary beach gear, snorkling gear & tennis racquets for 4. The beautifilly manicured grounds presents a tropical vibe.
vacation rental rates
- Rates listed are established by condo association but owners (Linda & Steve) offer 10% reduction of posted rates and no cleaning fee. But, need to add booking fee, linens, and tax - see below.
There is a 7 day minimum stay and rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. The rates, set by the condo office are:
- March through April 5, 2013: $1840/week
- April 6 to November 23, 2013: $895/week
- November 23-29, 2013: $1000/week
- November 29-December 20, 2013: $895/week
- December 20-27, 2013: $1815/week
- December 27-January 31, 2014: $1195/week
Plus $39 booking fee, $55 linen fee (including beds, bath, beach, and kitchen, towels), and applicable taxes (11% ouch).
